Ondine Darcyl's Bio
Ondine Darcyl graduated from Suffolk Law School in Boston. She is a member of the New York and Massachusetts Bars. Ms. Darcyl has practiced law in Buenos Aires, Boston and New York in the areas of entertainment, art and corporate law and has been a legal aid advocate.
Through the years, Ms. Darcyl has been trained in various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution including collaborative law, negotiation and mediation. Two examples are the negotiation workshop with Professor Roger Fisher and a mediation workshop with Professor Frank E.A. Sander, both at Harvard law School.
Ms. Darcyl is a certified Mediator at the Clark County Neighborhood Justice Center where she facilitates the resolution of disputes in business, consumer, collection, landlord/tenant, property lines and noise annoyance cases. Ms. Darcyl was sworn in as a Mediator for the Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Program by Chief Justice James W. Hardesty in December 2009.
Ms. Darcyl is fluent in Spanish and French.
